The owners are actual PTs who traveled themselves, so they understand the nuances of pay packages and tax homes in a way most recruiters don't. They handled all the compliance and credentialing seamlessly. My only note is they're smaller, so the volume of available contracts isn't as massive as the big agencies, but the pay difference more than makes up for it.

Fusion has been my go-to for most of my travel career. The pay is consistently competitive and the 401k matching is a nice perk.
